Volturi Proclamation

Official Proclamation By order of the Volturi, any vampire who remains permanently settled in the Washington area of the United States of America after the 21st of June in the year two-thousand and nine will hereby be exterminated.

A permanent settler is defined as any person(s) who remain in the same area for over 2 months.

The only exceptions to this order are those current members of Dr. Carlisle Cullen’s coven, as defined by the following persons:
